KD Essence — schools, pupils, parents and staff

You can ask for your KD Essence account to be deleted here, without the app.

Your school receives the request and deletes your account and personal data. School records the law makes the school keep (for example results and fee receipts) may be kept by the school for the required time.
You are signed out of the app and the website on every device straight away.
Pupils' requests go to the school's data protection team in the Trust Centre.
